Filling out your TIMESHEET:
• Use a new timesheet for each assignment and for each week. You will receive a new timesheet with your paycheck. You a required to sign your own timesheet and keep a copy at all times.
• Complete every section of the timesheet, including daily lunch periods, which are deducted from your total.
• On the last day of the assignment or the end of the week, whichever comes first, have the Property Manager Approve and Sign your Timesheet. Ask if you are to return to the assignment and check the appropriate box.
• Your Timesheet must be in our office by 5 p.m. on Friday or your pay will be delayed one week (NO EXEPTIONS, UNLESS SCHEDULED ON WEEKENDS).
• EMAIL your Timesheet to: info@onsiteaptstaffing.com. Call the office at (214) 809-4873 to confirm delivery of your Timesheet. We will not collect Timesheets for you, this is your responsibility.
• Do not send a timesheet that is not completely filled out.
• We advise that you take a picture of your timesheet once it has been signed before it is emailed and before you leave the assignment.
• Call ONSITE APARTMENT STAFFING, INC. when your assignment is finished to report your availability for further work or we will consider you unavailable. This is per your Staffing Terms and Conditions of employment which you signed upon hiring.
• If you work on an assignment and do not have a timesheet available, you can download one from our website (info@onsiteaptstaffing.com) or call the office to have one emailed to you.
• You are prohibited to make any changes or alterations to the time cards that are not pre-approved by designated supervisors.
Other Things to Remember:
• No overtime will be paid without a proper supervisors approved signature.
• In case of sickness, late arrival or unexpected emergencies, contact ONSITE APARTMENT STAFFING, INC. immediately.
• You are required to handle your own timesheet.
• You are prohibited from working “off the clock”.
• Be sure to request a change in your W‐4 status if you change your marital status or number of exemptions.
