The Assistant Maintenance may or may not be HVAC certified, but will assist the Lead Maintenance technician with completing work orders. Maintenance will be responsible for diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as, but not limited to: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, appliance maintenance and exterior structure maintenance.
